PD MiniTrap G-25 columns are prepacked, single-use gravity columns for desalting, buffer exchange and sample cleanup. PD MiniTrap G-25 is designed for convenient desalting of biological samples. For increased flexibility, the protein desalting column can be used with either gravity or centrifugation. When using the gravity protocol, clean-up of the sample is simple. One or several columns can be connected in parallel and a purification system is not needed. With the centrifugation protocol, the samples are run in parallel in a standard centrifuge.
