GARNETTA SANDERS

Co-Founder and Owner

Garnetta Sanders is Co-Founder and Owner of Neta Scientific, Inc., a position she has held throughout the company’s 25+ year history. Before founding Neta Scientific, Inc., Mrs. Sanders was an educator for over 30 years at Franklin High School in Somerset, NJ, where she taught Family and Consumer Science and supervised the Related Arts Department. Mrs. Sanders earned her bachelor’s degree in Education from North Carolina Central University.

DR. WINFRED J. SANDERS

Co-Founder and Owner

Dr. Winfred J. Sanders is Co-Founder and Owner of Neta Scientific, Inc., a position he has held since the company’s inception. Dr. Sanders began his career at GSK as a Senior Scientist before being promoted to Director of Pharmacokinetic Studies in Animal Health. After five years at GSK, he joined Hewlett Packard as Global Application Manager in Marketing. He later advanced to the position of Global GM, Consumable Products, where he led the business plans and strategies for R&D, Manufacturing, and Marketing until his resignation in 1999. At the start of 2000, he and his wife, Garnetta, opened the doors to their new business, Neta Scientific, Inc. Dr. Sanders earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from North Carolina Central University and completed graduate studies at Princeton and Rutgers Universities, where he earned his master’s and Ph.D. degrees, respectively. He is also active in several social and religious endeavors that help empower young people and support economic entrepreneurship.

BRANETTA TOATLEY

Chief Executive Officer

Branetta Toatley is our Chief Executive Officer and has been with Neta for over 20 years. As one of the company’s four original employees, Mrs. Toatley established the framework for several fulfillment and personnel departments throughout the organization, including Human Resources, Administration, Customer Service, and Warehouse Inventory Management. Mrs. Toatley earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Hampton University.

EDGAR JAMES III

President

Edgar James III is the President of Neta Scientific, Inc. He joined the company on April 1, 2025, to spearhead Neta’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and innovation agenda. Edgar’s career has spanned positions in Marketing and Sales, Finance, and Procurement. He has spent the past 14 years developing, implementing, and leading global procurement strategies and teams focused on value creation and delivery at Tyco International, DuPont, and, most recently, GSK. During his time at these organizations, he built subject matter expertise in Industrial Manufacturing, Capital and Construction, and R&D Procurement, fostering a balanced approach to strategy and execution. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Boston College and completed his MBA at Howard University. Known for his collaborative leadership style and results-oriented approach, Edgar is committed to driving long-term value for customers and employees alike.

DR. DRAGAN KARAJOVIC, MBA

Executive Vice President

Dr. Dragan Karajovic is our Executive Vice President and leads the strategic planning, implementation, and execution of comprehensive business development activities in the areas of Sales & Marketing and Customer & Supplier Management. He has been a valued leader and a driving force behind Neta Scientific’s growth over the past seven years. Before joining Neta Scientific, Inc., Dr. Karajovic held a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President of Corporate Development for MP Global Enterprises, Vice President and General Manager for the Americas, and Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MP Biomedicals, LLC. Dr. Karajovic earned his Doctor of Dentistry degree from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Belgrade and an Executive MBA from Kent State University.

JARED METZ

Director of Finance

Jared Metz is our Director of Finance at Neta Scientific, Inc. and joined the company bringing over 15 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Neta, he held key finance roles at companies ranging from private equity-owned firms to publicly traded global organizations. His expertise includes forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, financial modeling, pricing strategy, incentive plan development, and M&A support. Jared earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University.

GIAVANNI BABB

Human Resources & DE&I Manager

Giavanni Babb is our Human Resources & DE&I Manager. Before joining Neta Scientific, Giavanni spent the last eight years working in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment and has held multiple voluntary positions championing diversity. She is a graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
