Takara These clones were raised against purified human plasma fibronectin. Each recognizes discrete epitopes of fibronectin. For antibody Western blots or histology, clone FN30-8 works best and is also effective for adhesion blockade studies. Clones FN12-8 and FNH3-8 are unique in that they can be used for studies related to fibrin and heparin interactions, respectively.
