| Product Description | MonoRab™Rabbit Anti-VHH Microbeads are superparamagnetic beads with a diameter of 1.5µm. These beads are coated with anti-VHH antibodies and can be used to separateVHH+cells from fresh or frozen camelid peripheral blood mononuclearcells (PBMCs) or single cell suspensions based on the surface expression ofVHH. To initiate the isolation process, the beads are added to the cell samplein a tube. After a brief incubation, the anti-VHH antibodies that arepreconjugated to the beads will bind to the target cells that express VHH ontheir cell surface. The bead-bound cells can then be separated from the rest ofthe sample using a magnet. MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-VHH Microbeads will provideexcellent recovery of high-purity, viable cells for downstream molecular research. |
