Proper spray chamber design ensures minimal carbon build-up, plus reduced burner blockage and volatilization interferences. ;The Agilent flame AA spray chamber has an adjustable glass bead positioned in front of the nebulizer venturi, which breaks up the aerosol droplets and provides the operator with control over the aerosol concentration. Removable twin-head mixing paddles twice reverse the direction of aerosol rotation, promoting further mixing and large droplet removal. This ensures a fine aerosol, which reduces burner blockage and noise, and improves long-term signal stability.
