Takara ptdTomato-C1 is a mammalian expression vector containing a tandem sequence of the dimeric red fluorescent protein, Tomato. An MCS at the 3 end of the encoding sequence makes it possible to clone in a gene of interest in order to express it as a C-terminal fusion protein with tdTomato.
