For Competitor Q’s kit, an additional on-column DNA digestion set was purchased separately in order to perform the digest. Lane m: λ/HindIII DNA size marker. Note: Optimized DNase I treatment has eliminated genomic DNA in total RNA samples purified with the NucleoSpin RNA II kit. Even after DNA digestion, Competitor Q’s kit showed evidence of genomic DNA contamination.
