Glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β) is a constitutively active serine/threonine protein kinase implicated in several important regulatory processes. It can phosphorylate β-catenin, an intracellular signal transducer in the Wnt signaling pathway, which leads to β-catenin degradation.
