Anti-cholera toxin B subunit (goat) is a polyclonal anti-choleragenoid from goat that is suitable for use in toxin neutralization and binding assays or for immunohistochemical studies in conjunction with the cholera toxin B subunit. The pentameric B subunit of cholera toxin (Item No. ) binds with high efficiency to gM1 monosialoganglioside cell membrane receptors found on mammalian cell surfaces and facilitates entrance of the A subunit into cells. The cholera toxin B subunit is often used for retrograde track tracing studies in neuroscience research.
