Cdk1 inhibitor is an inhibitor of Cdk1 (IC50 = 5.8 µM). It is selective for Cdk1 over Cdk5 and glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β; IC50s = 25 and >100 µM, respectively). It inhibits the proliferation of HeLa cells with an IC50 value of 2 µM.
