AOCS Long-Chain Fatty Acid Methyl Ester Standard Mixture 3 contains ten saturated and mono- and poly-unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters. It is intended for use as a reference standard for the detection of fatty acids in peanut, rapeseed, and mustard seed oils, among others, by GC-MS.
