LTURM 34 is an inhibitor of DNA protein kinase (DNA-PK; IC50 = 0.034 µM).1 It is selective for DNA-PK over PI3Kα, PI3Kβ, PI3Kγ, and PI3Kδ at 10 µM. LTURM 34 (10 µM) inhibits the growth of HOP-92, SNB-75, and UO-31 cancer cells.
