This EGFR (Total) and EGFR (Phospho-Tyr1068) TR-FRET Assay Kit uses a homogeneous TR-FRET assay method amenable to rapid measurement of total and phosphorylated protein levels in cells. This EGFR (Total) and EGFR (Phospho-Tyr1068) TR-FRET Assay Kit is suitable for screening a large number of samples. The signal is stable at room temperature for at least 24 hours, affording flexibility in read times. The amount of reagents provided is sufficient for testing 96 total and 384 phosphorylated protein wells. THUNDER™ TR-FRET Cell Signaling Assay Kits are based on Bioauxilium’s enhanced proprietary time-resolved Förster resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET) technology.
