Miltenyi Biotec MACSima Buffer Starting Kit contains ready-to-use buffers supplied in 1.5 L bottles, and can be connected directly to the MACSima Imaging System. These solutions are designed to successfully perform an optimum MICS (MACSima Imaging Cyclic Staining) run in the MACSima Imaging System. MACSima Running Buffer has been developed for the staining process within the MICS experiment, whilst MACSima System Buffer has been optimized for washing samples within MACSima Imaging System staining cycles.
