Sartorius Vivapure Lentiselect 40

Vivapure^® Lentiselect is a series of purification kits for VSV-g pseudotyped lentiviral vectors. Supplied with all of the required filters, chromatography units and buffers, they enable purification and concentration directly from the cell pellet, to yield up to 1 x 10¹⁰ infective particles. In contrast to traditional ultracentrifugation methods, virus purification with Vivapure^® Lentiselect is fast and simple, eliminating the need for expensive equipment. In addition, the chromatographic procedure leads to purer virus samples than those collected in crude ultracentrifuge pellets, ensuring higher reproducibility and increased gene transfer efficiency.
