NucleoGoneEndonuclease is a non-selective endonuclease that degrades all forms of DNA and RNA under a wide range of conditions. The enzyme is supplied at 100 U/µl.

NucleoGone Endonuclease activity compared to Company As endonuclease. NucleoGone Endonuclease and Company As endonuclease were used to digest various DNA or RNA species. For each reaction, 1 μg of DNA or RNA types was treated with 1 U of enzyme at 37°C for 30 min. NucleoGone Endonuclease performed similarly to Company As endonuclease. Lane M1 contains the Wide-Range DNA Ladder (100-5,000 bp) (Cat. # 3427A/B), which consists of the following DNA fragments:100, 250, 500, 750, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000, and 5,000 bp.Lane M2 contains the Lambda (λ)-Hind III Digest (Cat. #3403), which consists of the following DNA fragments: 125, 564, 2,027, 2,322, 4,361, 6,557, 9,416, and 23,130 bp.
