Takara NucleoMag Plasmid. 96 Preps

The NucleoMag Plasmid kit is designed for the automated isolation of plasmid DNA from bacterial lysates using magnetic rod systems. Following lysis and clarification of the sample material, NucleoMag m-Beads are used to bind plasmid DNA. After the washing steps, highly pure DNA is eluted from the beads. Lysis and clarification buffers, NuceloMag m-Beads, binding buffers, and wash buffers are included.

With the NucleoMag Plasmid workflow, the bacterial lysate can be cleared via centrifugation before loading into a plate for automation on a magnetic rod system. Alternatively, lysate clearing can be automated using NucleoMag Clearing Beads. NucleoMag Clearing Beads are not included with this kit and must be purchased separately.
