This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-Rb (Thr821) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Jurkat cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing media. Cells were harvested andwashed with HBSS + 0.1% BSA, adjusted to 4 x10ⶠcells/mL and then treated with 1.25 nM Pervanadate for 30 minutes. Cells were then lysed with the addition of 5X Lysis Buffer.
