Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total BRD3

Bromodomain contain 3 protein (BRD3) is a member of the Family II of Bromodomains, which includes BRD2 and BRD4. BRD3 associates with transcription complexes and acetylated chromatin during mitosis and plays an important role in gene transcription. BRD2 and BRD3 perform overlapping cellular functions which suggests that the simultaneous disruption or depletion of these proteins may represent a promising drug therapeutic strategy against cancer. Dysregulation of BRD3 is associated with a variety of cancers including breast, prostate, and medulloblastoma.
