Revvity DAB Substrate Solution is a peroxidase substrate concentrate containing 3,3’-diaminobenzidine (DAB) at 25 mg/mL. Using chromogenic detection chemistry to deposit a brown oxidation product in the presence of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labeled reporters, DAB provides permanent results of direct colorimetric visualization recorded on transfer membrane without the need for film or imaging instrumentation.
