Revvity The AlphaLISA detection of FCGR2B and IgG Fc fragment binding uses IgG Fc AlphaLISA Acceptor beads to capture the human FCGR2B and Streptavidin-coated Donor beads to capture the biotinylated human FCGR2B. Donor beads and Acceptor beads come into proximity through IgG Fc fragment binding to FCGR2B.
