Revvity PhenoVue anti-IBA1 antibody is an unconjugated monoclonal mouse antibody and is part of the PhenoVue Microglia Differentiation Staining Kit. It specifically recognizes human IBA1 protein which is a protein predominantly expressed by macrophages and microglia. IBA1 expression is upregulated during microglia activation and in response to nerve injury, CNS ischemia, or certain brain diseases.
