Revvity AH5183 (vesamicol, (2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazine-ethanesulfonic acid, (4-phenylpiperidino) cyclohexanol) is a cholinergic vesicular uptake blocker. Vesicular acetylcholine transporters (VAChT) are neurotransmitter transporters involved in acetylcholine secretion.
