Revvity This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human p-STAT6 (Tyr641) + Total STAT6 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium.
