Revvity The AlphaLISA detection of FCGR2A and IgG Fc fragment binding uses IgG Fc AlphaLISA™ Acceptor beads to capture the human FCGR2A and Streptavidin-coated Donor beads to capture the biotinylated human FCGR2A. Donor beads and Acceptor beads come into proximity through IgG Fc fragment binding to FCGR2A.
