Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Biotin-Free Human and Mouse Phospho-SYK (Tyr525/526) Detection Kit, Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Biotin-Free Human and Mouse Phospho-SYK (Tyr525/526) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, U937 cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were harvested, washed with HBSS + 0.1% BSA and adjusted to 2 x 10⁶ cells/mL, then treated with 0.5 mM Pervanadate for 30 minutes. Cells were spun down at 300 RCF for 5 minutes and lysed in Lysis Buffer at 1 x 10⁶ cells/mL.
