Sensitive automated analysis of AAV protein.
The LabChip AAV Pico Protein Analysis kit is one of three components of the LabChip AAV Protein Analysis Assay. The kit provides reagents for fluorescence-labeling and detection of AAV samples using a sample size of 4 µL. The covalent labeling approach allows viral proteins to be detected at concentrations of 5E11 to 1E13 VP/mL with an electrophoresis run time of ~ 1 minute per sample.
Viral protein characterization.
The LabChip AAV Pico Protein Analysis kit enables automated empty/full measurement and the measurement of AAV capsid purity simultaneously. It provides electropherogram data, including peak arrival time, size, and concentration data.
This assay is compatible with the LabChip GXII Touch System.

Note: The HT chips are not compatible with LabChip GX Touch/GXII Touch 24 instruments.
Protein detection for empty/full analysis.
The LabChip AAV Pico Protein Analysis Assay automates AAV Empty/Full determination when used in combination with the LabChip AAV DNA Analysis Assay. Alternatively, the AAV Empty/Full Reagents bundle can be used which includes both the LabChip AAV Pico Protein Analysis Assay and the LabChip AAV DNA Analysis Assay.
The software includes data analysis for AAV Empty/Full determination using referencing measurements to an AAV standard (CLS157467) sold separately.
