Revvity Delfia Inducer, 250 mL

Revvity DELFIA® Inducer is a ready-for-use solution with Triton X-100, glycine, hydrochloric acid and chelators. It is intended for use in the rapid quantitative determination of Eu³⁺ and Sm³⁺ in time-resolved fluorometric assays. It is suitable for use in multilabel assays that require DELFIA® Enhancer for development of Tb³⁺ and Dy³⁺ fluorescence. The solution dissociates lanthanide from solid phase bound DELFIA® chelate labeled biomolecules in a few minutes depending from used chelate to form a homogeneous and highly fluorescent Eu/Sm-(BFPP)3(TOPO)2-3 micellar chelate solution. The solution allows highly sensitive Eu³⁺/Sm³⁺ measurements to be performed when using a time-resolved fluorometer. - REVPFZ (Additional S&H Or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
