Revvity Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, g-CSF (also named Colony Stimulating Factor-3, CSF3), is a 20 kDa cytokine that specifically stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of the progenitor cells of granulocytes. It has been shown to reverse the neutropenia associated with cytotoxic chemotherapy in bone marrow and haemopoietic stem cell transplantation. Revvity AlphaLISA technology allows the detection of molecules of interest in a no-wash, highly sensitive, quantitative assay. In an AlphaLISA assay, a biotinylated anti-analyte antibody binds to the Streptavidin-coated Donor beads while another anti-analyte antibody is conjugated to AlphaLISA Acceptor beads. In the presence of the analyte, the beads come into close proximity.
