In an AlphaLISA assay, a Biotinylated Anti-Analyte Antibody binds to the Streptavidin-coated Alpha Donor beads, while another Anti-Analyte Antibody is conjugated to AlphaLISA Acceptor beads. In the presence of the analyte, the beads come into close proximity. Revvity Phosphorylated neurofilament heavy chain protein (pNFH) is also known as NF-200; NF200; NEFH; N52; Neurofilament heavy polypeptide; Neurofilament triplet H protein; 200 kDa neurofilament protein; KIAA0845. It is a 200 kDa subunit of the three SO-called neurofilament triplet proteins: light (68 kDa), medium (160 kDa) and heavy (200 kDa), which are major structural components of neurons. High levels of neurofilament have been observed during the progression of numerous neurological diseases.
