Revvity Mab Anti-Phospho P38-Eu Cryptate, 500 Tests

Revvity The Anti-phospho p38-Eu cryptate is a labeled MAb enabling the detection of p38 MAPK only when phosphorylated at Thr180 & Tyr 182. It does not cross-react with the corresponding phosphorylated forms of either p44/42 MAPK or SAPK/JNK. It does not detect non-phosphorylated p38 MAPK. This allows the construction of a highly specific biochemical kinase assay. Any kind of substrate can be used, from small synthetic peptides to natural substrates, meaning high assay detection versatility.
