Revvity In damaged depolarized mitochondria, PINK1 accumulates on the mitochondria outer membrane and activates PINK1-Parkin pathway by phosphorylating two substrates, the Ubiquitin-like domain of Parkin and Ubiquitin chains at position Ser65.
