Revvity SYK (Spleen Tyrosine Kinase) is a cytoplasmic tyrosine/serine kinase which plays a crucial role in signal transduction, especially in immune cells such as B cells, macrophages, microglia (brain-resident macrophages), neutrophils and mast cells.
