Revvity AlhaLISA SreFire Ultra Hman and Moe Phoho-TYK2 (Tyr10541055) Detection Kit, Control Lyate

Revvity This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-TYK2 (Tyr1054/1055) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP-1 cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing medium and treated with 0.5 mm Pervanadate for 30 minutes.
