Revvity Fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3) is a transmembrane Receptor Tyrosine Kinase consisting of one intracellular tyrosine kinase domain. Upon ligand binding, the receptor dimerizes, and transphosphorylation of tyrosine kinase domains occurs. Activation of downstream signaling occurs via FRS2, which functions as a key adaptor protein, resulting in MAPK and PI3K/AKT activation.
