Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-HSP27
Revvity Heat shock protein 27 (Hsp27) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HSPB1 gene. Hsp27 is a multidimensional protein which acts as a protein chaperone and an antioxidant and plays a role in the inhibition of apoptosis and actin cytoskeletal remodeling. In each of these capacities, HSP27 has been implicated in different disease states playing both protective and counter-protective roles. This protein has been indicated in renal injury, fibrosis, cancer, neurodegenerative disease, and cardiovascular disease. - REVPFZ (Additional S&H Or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
Revvity The AlphaLISA SureFire Human Phospho-HSP27 (Ser15) Detection Kit is a sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative detection of phospho-HSP27 (Ser15) in cellular lysates, using Alpha Technology. - REVPFZ (Additional S&H Or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
