Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total Tau Detection
Revvity Tau (Tubulin Associated Units), also called MAPT (Microtubule Associated Protein Tau), is a phosphoprotein largely expressed in neurons of the central nervous system and involved in microtubule assembly and stability. Tau contains around 85 potential phosphorylation sites that can be phosphorylated by many kinases such as CDK5, MAP kinase, or GSK3β, the main kinase of Tau. Tau hyperphosphorylation and aggregation are involved in numerous neurodegenerative diseases such as Tauopathy, Parkinsons and Alzheimers. - REVPFZ (Additional S&H Or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
Revvity The AlphaLISA SureFire Human Total Tau Detection Kit is a sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative detection of total Tau in cellular lysates, using Alpha Technology. - REVPFZ (Additional S&H Or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
