The AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Activation Buffer B optimizes the recognition of the target by the antibodies present in the kit.
The AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Activation buffer B has a different formulation from both the AlphaLISA SureFire Activation Buffer and AlphaScreen SureFire Activation Buffer, and should not be used with other kits.
