This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-PERK (Thr982) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, SH-SY5Y cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 500 nM Thapsigargin for 20 minutes and lysed with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer.
