Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human IRF5 Aggregate Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Revvity This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human IRF5 Aggregate Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP-1 cells were seeded at 500K cells/mL and incubated overnight in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were harvested, adjusted to 5 x 10⁶ cells/mL and treated with 100 nM Calyculin A for 3 hours. Following treatment, cells were washed with HBSS + 0.1% BSA and lysed with Lysis Buffer at a final concentration of 10 x 10⁶ cells/mL. - REVPFZ (Additional S&H Or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
