Revvity This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-RIP3 (Ser227) Assay Kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, U937 cells were seeded at 800 K/mL and grown overnight in T175 flasks in 50 mL of 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were treated with 50 ng/mL TNFα, 20 μM Z-VAD and 200 nM SM-164 for 7 hours at 37°C.
