Revvity This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human p-FGF Receptor 3 (pan-Tyr) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, KMS-11 cells (supplied by JCRB Cell Bank and purchased from Cell Bank Australia) were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were washed and treated with 200 ng/mL FGF-acidic prepared in HBSS + 0.1% BSA for 10 minutes. Cells were lysed in 4 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer. - REVPFZ (Additional S&H Or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
