Revvity Extra Control Lysate For The Alphalisa® Surefire®

Revvity This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total ß-Catenin Detection Kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, A549 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were treated with 1 μg/mL PMA and 50 nM Calyculin A for 4 hours at 37°C.
