Revvity Alphalisa Surefire Ultra Vegfr2 Py1175 Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-VEGF Receptor 2 (Tyr1175) assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. This control lysate was prepared from HUVEC cells grown to confluence in T175 flasks, and then serum-starved overnight. The following day the media was removed, and the cells were treated with 100 ng/mL VEGF for 10 minutes. The agonist was removed, and the cells were lysed with 4 mL of freshly prepared 1X Lysis buffer, with shaking for 10 minutes.
