Revvity This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total HDAC5 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, NIH/3T3 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 50 nM Calyculin A for 1 hour.
