Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total Ikaros, Control Lysate

Revvity This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse IKAROS Total Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Ramos cells were seeded at 500K/mL and grown overnight in T175 flasks in medium containing 10% FBS. Cells were washed in HBSS + 0.1% BSA and lysed in SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at a final cell concentration of 4 x 10⁶cells/mL. - REVPFZ (Additional S&H Or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
