Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against the plant growth substance cis, trans-abscisic acid. This hybridoma has been subcloned to produce AFRC MAC 252 (01071008). The antibody production rate of this hybridoma has been tested at ECACC. It must be noted that this hybridoma produces less than 2μg/ml of unpurified antibody.

Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
