Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against the 21kDa transforming protein (p21) encoded by the v-ras gene of Harvey Murine Sarcoma Virus. It also reacts with the p21 encoded by BALB-MuSV and the 29kDa gag-ras fusion protein encoded by Ra-SV.

Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells will semi-attach. Shake cells off or use trypsin to remove cells from flask
