Application
Due to their low immunogenicity profiles, polymeric nonviral vectors have shown promise in advancing the treatment of many severe genetic and acquired diseases via gene therapy. Poly(ethyleneimine) is one of the most commonly used cationic polymers for gene delivery applications.
