The Seeker 3x3 Bundle V1.1 enables the generation of high-quality Illumina-ready libraries from fresh-frozen tissues to obtain high-resolution spatial transcriptomic information. The kit includes eight Seeker 3 mm x 3 mm tiles and the reagents necessary for RNA hybridization, cDNA synthesis, and cDNA amplification.

The Seeker Dual Indexing Primer Kit v2 includes the dual indexing primers required for the library preparation portion of the Seeker 3x3 and 10x10 workflows. Each kit contains enough reagents for up to 40 3 mm x 3 mm Seeker tiles or five 10 mm x 10 mm Seeker tiles.
